1. Can I pay my bill online?
- Yes! Log into your account online and pay your bill, see when your next service is due, and more!
2. What is the Essential Plan?
- This is a basic level, no-hassle plan that keeps your home protected from over 30 different pests. It is billed monthly and your home is serviced 4 times per year (quarterly). We will service the exterior of your home in the warm months and service the interior in the winter months. There are no callback or cancelation fees. See our Residential page for more information on all the pests you are covered for.
3. What is the Enhanced Plan?
- This is our maximum protection plan for your home. It includes everything in the Essential Plan, plus mosquito protection, spider web removal, a courtesy termite inspection done annually, and discounts on termite and bed bug treatments. It is billed monthly and your home is serviced 6 times per year (Every other month). We will service the exterior of your home in the warm months and service the interior in the winter months.
4. Why do you treat the exterior of my home more than the interior?
- Where do most bugs live? Outside! Focusing the treatments on the exterior of your home will create a barrier around your property to stop unwelcome guests from coming in. Some pests can be very sneaky, however, and may have already made their way inside your home. When this happens, we would be happy to take care of it for you. When you are on one of our home protection plans, there is no need to worry! You are covered 365 days of the year, at no additional cost to you!
5. Do I need to be home when you do my exterior service?
- Not unless you want to be! Life is busy and you can’t be everywhere all the time. If you do not want to be or are unable to be home for your service, that’s okay. We will schedule the appointment with you so you know when we are coming. This way your home continues to stay pest free and we can help keep you stress free!
6. Are your products safe for my family and pets?
- The products used by pest control companies today are not what our grandparents used. Pest control products, like many other things today with time, have evolved for the better. There is no “one size fits all” product. Products today are “target specific.” This means that a product that may be used for one pest may not work for other pests. All of the products we use have labels that tell your technician what the product is for, how to use the product, where to use it at, and many other details. These labels are LAW and we follow them! When used properly according to label directions, there is no harm to your family, pets, or property.
7. What about the weather?
- Let’s face it. This is Iowa and anything can happen! The manufacturers of the products we use have thought of it all. Rain or shine, your technician will use the best product for your needs that can stand against the weather.
8. How long before I see results?
- Each pest is different so results can vary. We usually say that under normal conditions, you should see results within 5-7 days. These are living beings and sometimes they need a little time to find what we have put out for them.
9. Do you have any discounts? Yes we do!!
- First-time Customer: $25 off your initial fee when you sign up for a Home Protection Plan.
- ABC Gives Back Discount: If you are a senior citizen (65+), a veteran, active-duty military, or a teacher, receive 15% off your initial fee when you sign up for a Home Protection Plan.
- Referral Discount: Refer us to your friends or family and receive a referral bonus.
- Prepay Discount: Pay for your service annually and receive a 5% discount.
- Discounts cannot be combined. One discount per household.
